Algae, Mold, and Mildew in Pilot Point, TX - Oh My!

We received a call from a lovely couple who were concerned about the build up of algae, mold, and mildew on their brick patio area around the back of the home. It was underneath heavy tree coverage and had become a safety hazard, as it was extremely slippery. They stated that it was very thick and that they were embarrassed of its appearance.
